Shannon Williams

Shannon has been with CTB Multifamily since January 2017 and assists in running all daily operations at the corporate office.

Prior to her time with CTB, Shannon worked in property management. She worked for 8 years as a Leasing Professional and Accounting Manager for The Tipton Group and 2 years with CAF Management as Accounting Manager, quickly rising to Property Manager. As a Property Manager, she was responsible for all community operations including marketing, resident functions, accounting, collections, preparing/maintaining annual budgets, property appearance, resident satisfaction, and hiring/training employees.

Before that, she held a top Loan Officer position with First National Lending Center originating over $600,000 in real estate transactions per month.

Shannon resides in Forney with her husband, Joe, and daughter, Ellie.
