Lance Borden is a successful real estate broker, US Army veteran and Fortune 500 marketing executive with a wide range of business and entrepreneurial achievements.
Before joining CTB Multifamily Services, Lance founded multiple real estate investment LLCs and earned his real estate broker’s license, negotiating millions of dollars of transactions and managing construction renovation projects within his real estate investment portfolio. Prior to that, Lance spent twelve years in medical device marketing roles for Fortune 500 and private companies, including Johnson & Johnson and St. Jude Medical. Having graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1999, Lance spent five years as an officer in the U.S. Army and earned the Bronze Star for exceptionally meritorious service while serving in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
In 2017, Lance and his family founded and launched a 501c3 public charity that educates and trains people how to help themselves and others through podcast episodes and live seminar events. He is also a volunteer lead deacon at his church in Frisco.
Lance has a B.S. in Economics from West Point and an M.A. in Economics from the University of Oklahoma. He resides in McKinney with his wife Julie and their four children, Ainsley, Caleb, Hadley and Blakely.
