Cliff Wynn

Cliff has been with CTB Multifamily Services since July 2016 and oversees the daily field operations of construction and maintenance projects in addition to valet trash services.

Prior to his time with CTB, Cliff held the position of Maintenance Supervisor for Tipton Group for 10 years, where he was seen as one of their top maintenance professionals.

Prior to that, Cliff spent 10 years as a maintenance Director for Equity Residential and was responsible for multiple properties across the Dallas/Ft. Worth portfolio.

Cliff resides in Grapevine with his wife Lisa.
